It is a charity/welfare based institution founded by Dr. Capt.(Retd) Sultan Akbar Qureshi in February, 2007 for the needy, poor and deserving people from the lower stratum of life to be treated, cured and cared after, by providing Medical and Surgical facilities free of cost by the highly qualified doctors in their respective fields like general surgery, ENT, Dermatology and gynaecological services. This institution is known for its tireless, dedicated and ever ready EYE services which includes general eye medicine to almost all kinds of eye operations.

The Trust is being run by those who donate their time, money or skill to this nobel cause.
