Introduction

The Trust is a free Hospital working with a motive to provide free medical services to the deserving patients. Dr. Capt. (Retd.) Sultan Akbar Qureshi established the Trust after the name of his parent as Ghafoor Fatima Memorial Free Dispensary and Eye Care Center, later on the name was changed.

• Intially the medical services were restricted to EYE patients only but with the passage of time, availability of donations made it possible to provide medical services to other patients as well.
• The Trust hired different visiting spcialists to cater the needs of increasiing number of patients of their respective specialities.
• The Trust is located in Rao Liberty Market, Susan Road, faisalabad in a rented property of 10 marlas.
